When you place an order with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below — built to keep things smooth and transparent.

Placing an Order

• Choose your product, and check out.

• Once orders are confirmed, they can’t be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details before submitting.
  

Shipping

• We ship within 3–5 business days across Egypt.

• You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

• We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Contact us within 14 days if there’s an issue.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is on you — unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Payments & Security

• We accept cash, all major credit cards, and secure local options.

• All payments are encrypted and safe — we never store your payment info.
