14-Day Exchange Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

• You have 3 days to request a refund, upon receiving your order.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your store credit, to be used on your upcoming orders.

Shipping Information

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
